Job Description:
Perform day-to-day office secretarial tasks.
Prepares basic secretarial reports.
Perform liaising job as needed to support company operations.
Handles queries from a variety of internal and external partners.
Responsible for receiving and recording incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Responsible for filing and maintaining office admin filing system.
Provides assistance to the Company's Management and Office Department Head
Responsible for arranging and scheduling meetings and appointments.
Responsible in monitoring/inventory of the supplies
Responsible in keeping office facility's upkeep.
Provides assistance to the HR and General Affairs Manager when needed.
May perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
A formal work experience in office clerical administration or secretarial work experience, training is required.
Must have at least 1 to 2 years of work experience
Ability to handle office secretarial tasks is required.
Knowledgeable of basic MS Office
Keen to detail with exceptional office record keeping, basic report creation, and monitoring skills.
Knowledgeable of common office equipment (printers, photocopying machines, scanners, telephone)
Must be willing to learn.
Open to work on site from Monday to Friday.
