Job Summary:
 
We are seeking an experienced, all-around Office Manager with a minimum of 2-3 years of work experience, preferably in the floral or related industries or in a managerial role. This role involves overseeing daily office operations, driving sales, and executing creative marketing strategies that set our brand apart. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, tech-savvy, and possesses strong interpersonal skills for effective client relations and team collaboration.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management: Manage daily operations, budgeting, and vendor relationships to ensure a productive and organized office environment.
Sales & Client Relations: Acquire new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing ones, achieving sales targets through personalized engagement.
Marketing & Creativity: Develop and implement creative marketing campaigns and promotional materials (including digital ads, social media, and print) using Canva and other editing tools to enhance brand visibility and client engagement.
Product Expertise: Leverage knowledge of floral products to provide clients with tailored recommendations and exceptional service.
Interpersonal Skills: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and team members, creating a supportive and collaborative environment.
Analysis & Adaptation: Monitor market trends, analyze sales data, and adjust strategies to optimize performance.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of office management and sales experience
Proficiency with Canva and other editing tools; strong digital marketing skills
Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
