Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities maintenance. Communication: Facilitate effective communication within the office and with external parties. Manage office correspondence and distribute internal communications. Records and Document Management: Maintain and organize company records and documents. Ensure document security, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection regulations. Meeting and Event Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events. Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and minutes. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for employees. Office Technology: Oversee office technology and IT requirements. Vendor and Supplier Management: Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers. Project Assistance: Provide support for various projects and initiatives as needed. Collaborate with different departments to facilitate project coordination. Team Support: Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Support teams and individuals with their administrative needs. Executive Support: Provide administrative support to executives and management. Requirements Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role for at least 3 years. Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in ClickUp, Microsoft Visio, and Excel is a big plus. Experience in Sprout Social or other Social Media Management software is preferred Proficiency in scribe.ai or similar software would be great Marketing experience is a plus.
