OFFICE/HOME-BASED OFFLINE/ONLINE LEARNING FACILITATOR FULL-TIME/PART-TIME POSITION
 
Responsibilities
 
Our team of teachers fulfill the following functions:
Provide top-quality English education to Japanese students in accordance with Brighture standards, guidelines and training
Keep track of students' learning progress and coordinate with the management should any concerns arise
Undergo trainings and certifications to maintain an excellent quality of service
Be a team player and able to work with minimum supervision
Supply mandated reports on schedule
Be passionate in teaching

Starting Salary: Php 17,500.00 plus additional per class fee and monthly performance incentives for top performers

Minimum Qualifications
 
The applicant should:
Be a graduate of a 4-year course
Be proficient in English - both written and oral
Be able to speak with an American or Neutral Accent
Have at least 1 year experience in teaching ESL online/offline (preferred)
Be trustworthy and self-reliant
Must be in Cebu or willing to stay and work in Cebu
