Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and review of engineering documents and specifications.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
Maintain accurate records of project progress, budgets, and schedules.
Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with design specifications and standards.
Provide technical support and guidance to the site team as needed.
Prepare and submit reports related to project status and performance.
Facilitate effective communication between the office and the field teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
2 to 10 years of experience in an engineering or construction-related role.
Proficient in engineering software and tools, including AutoCAD and project management software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
