Responsibilities
Proficient in SketchUp for detailed design and modelling
Experienced in CAD for drafting and technical drawings Skilled in creating compelling PowerPoint presentations
Expertise in preparing accurate cost estimates
Capable of developing comprehensive construction schedule
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
Licensed Civil Engineer (preferred) At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in construction or engineering projects
Experience in project management or office engineering roles is preferred
Familiarity with local construction practices and regulations
Previous experience with specific types of projects (e.g., residential, commercial, infrastructure) can be an advantage
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple task
