Trilex Builders and Construction Supply, Inc. is in urgent need of One (1) Office Engineer:
Responsibilities include:
Support the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, implementing and monitoring of job orders;
Prepare regulatory requirements / permits for the project;
Estimate and prepare materials, equipment, tools needed for a project based on work schedule;
Consolidate expenses, accomplishment reports, and other relevant reports (i.e. timesheet, etc.);
Monitor site requests, orders vs budget / estimate;
Qualifications:
At least 2 years experience in horizontal projects pipelaying and/or leak repair all-works;
Computer literate - MS Office, Autocad and other related / similar apps (PERT-CPM, S-Curve, etc);
Can handle simple or complex projects autonomously or as part of a team;
Willing to be based in Los Baños Laguna;
Office-based and occasional site visits;
Can confidently and positively represent the company;
Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
