Job Qualification:
Graduate of either Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Law or other related field of Civil Construction
At least have two (2) years of work experience in the construction industry/contract management (new graduates are also encouraged to apply)
Proficient in written and verbal English language
Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office (i.e. word, excel, PowerPoint, etc)
Can work with minimum supervision, responsible with the given task, and work with team efficiently
Job Description:
Business marketing for infrastructure projects of government agency as well as private company such as, but not limited to, civil construction and marine/off-shore works
Assist/Prepare pre-qualification and/or bid/tender
General contract administration work (assist in contract, document control, assist and or research work
Capable /adept in making letter/correspondence, minutes, drawing, report, and/ or research work
Workplace office in Makati City
