OFFICE ENGINEER
General Job Description
Prepare detailed CAD Drawings and 3D Models from design development to construction and project completion stages.
Prepare as-built drawings and shop drawings, including proposal drawings and sketches.
Coordinate documents distribution to job sites.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be a licensed Civil Engineer.
Must have an active PRC License.
Must have excellent written and communication skills; Fluency in English & Tagalog is a plus factor
Must be proficient with AutoCAD, Sketch UP, Photo shop, MS Excel, MS Power point, and in Estimates.
Must be flexible in the scope of work
Can work under pressure and deadlines
Knows how to drive motorcycle w/ valid driver's license or at least nonprofessional driver's license.
