QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of BS Civil Engineering
PRC License is a plus
with at least two years experience in Land Development and Heavy Structure
Proficient in MS Office
Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for billing and documentation of various areas of work in construction
Handle tasks involving projects contract and engineering specifications
Consolidate reports on the status of on-going projects, contracts and engineering specifications in coordination with the projects and site engineers
Prepare all construction related documents, especially contractor's billing
Coordinate weekly progress billing to clients
Assists in the preparation of documentation of necessary permits and certifications
