Assist the Immediate Superior in works such as the following:
Surveying and designing construction projects
Carrying out technical and feasibility studies
Preparing estimates that are aligned with client requirements, company procedures and budget
Providing an effective and efficient plan of work that includes scheduling of manpower, equipment, tools and materials
Overseeing the daily operation of project sites, ensuring compliance with contract design, timeline and budget
Maintaining safety, order, adherence to regulations, and quality in the project site
Providing advice and resolve emerging problems
Preparing Project Progress Report, Material Inventory and Cost Report, Progress Billing and other reports that may be required
Job Qualifications
Graduate of Civil Engineering
Skilled in preparing accurate and neat construction drawings using AutoCAD 2018 or higher.
Proficient in preparing project estimates and cost plans
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), Google Apps, and other similar tools, with the ability to manipulate and edit data and create reports
Adept in preparing construction schedule, bill of materials (BOM), manpower schedule and construction methods and procedures
Proficient in preparing Project Progress Report
Knowledge in SketchUp, Photoshop, Primavera or MS Project can be an advantage
Has a good oral and written communication skills
Must be willing to travel to visit project sites around the country
