Performs quality calculations (quality take-offs) for construction documents
Review and verify coordination of design and quality calculations of plan details
Review shop drawings and respond to Request for Information
Provide engineering support for projects in various stages of design, budget, estimate and construction
Review and incorporate historical data from purchase orders, subcontracts, productivity analysis reports, etc. into unit and man-hour figures
Assist Project Managers with the preparation and maintenance of construction schedules
Maintain construction file and logs
Receive, review, forward and track status of submittals and change orders
Initiate, prepare, review, track and distribute RFIs (Request of Information)
Track and inspect materials deliveries
Assist in preparation of daily/weekly project status reports
Attend project meetings and record minutes of the meeting (as required)
Assist in project close-out
Performs other related duties as assigned
