OFFICE ENGINEER
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
File and documentthe licenses and permits of the projects
Process Building Permits, Occupancy Permit
Preparation of contract and deed of absolute sale
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor or College Degree preferably in Civil Engineering
A licensed Civil Engineer is an advantage
With more than 2 years of experience in processing Building and Occupancy permits
Computer savvy and well versed in all Microsoft Applications
Must be detail oriented and highly organized
