JOB DESCRIPTION:
Main role of office engineer is to do project estimate such us ( detailed price analysis, quantity take- off, PERT, CPM, BAR CHART, S - CURVE, Cash Flow & construction methodology)
Project documentation.
- Process billing of sub- con
- Bidding documents preparation
- Billing preparation
- Replying to letters from client
- Preparing variation orders
Reporting to management status of project
Make report & monitor progress against plan and make necessary recommendation
Suggestion to progress activities and others that may require by higher management .
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess a Degree in Civil Engineer.
Must be licensed (passed the PRC Board Examination)
Must have at least 5 years working experience in Office Engineer post.
Willing to be assigned in Ortigas.
