• Project Implementation
• Site Visits
• Inspect construction works
• Prepare Bill of quantities
• Check Site Manpower
• Estimate and quantify project materials and other requirements
• Prepare Cutting list
• Document site activities and changes
• Follow up Materials Scheduling
• Present daily progress report
• Present scheduling updates
• Coordination with construction partners
• Prepare shop-drawings and details
• Other tasks related to construction
• Other office works
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, AutoCAD
Availability to travel: Yes
Availability of change of residence: Yes
