Job Description
Receive incoming calls and documents, do outgoing calls and process outgoing documents
Accommodate guests, applicants, assist in client visits (book transportation, lunch meetings)
Organize monthly events and work life balance activities
Reservation of meeting rooms / Schedule of meetings
Assist Outsourced CEO/Outsourced CFO during visit
Obtaining Work Permit/Gate Pass/Aircon Extension
Monitoring Pantry Supplies and Office supplies
Purchasing, Procurement, arrangement of logistics
Administer and assist staff and client requests
Consolidates Workforce Data
Assist onboarding staff and leavers
Assist in Asset Management / Asset Inventory
Administer PEZA Farm-in and Farm-out
Assist in Yearly renewal of Business Permit (LGU and PEZA)
Facility Management
Filing of Documents
Qualifications
preferably 2-3yrs work experience on the same field or equivalent
has a pleasing personality
Strong Communication Skills (written and verbal)
Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Suite
Additional Information
Working hours: Monday to Friday; 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM (MNL)
