Job Description
Review and call potential candidates, booking them for interviews with store managers.
Manage recruitment ads for stores, keeping them updated and controlling ad spend.
Review and reply to all customer feedback comments. Forwarding them to the store managers and area managers for investigation. Set up new employees, following the onboarding process. Including sending out contracts and preforming right to work checks.
Provide general admin support and coordination to all the store managers and are managers.
Answer the office phone and deal with queries.
Track and assist with the reporting of internal company procedures.
Coordinate store requisitions, repairs, and maintenance.
Create PO's for all company purchases and invoices.
Liaise with outside contractors to ensure the completion of repairs and all other works.
Ordering marketing materials and in store POP for Store Marketing
Collate and present required information from all stores.
Embrace new initiatives and help deliver them to all stores.
Gather and present the required information for store incentives, sending out the results on a weekly basis.
Monitoring store incentive funds, updating stores on a monthly basis.
Qualifications
Contactable on WhatsApp and Teams
Excellent level of spoken and written English
Able to organize workload effectively
Previous admin experience
Must be proactive with given tasks
Able to suggest ways increase efficiency of company procedures
Additional Information
Working hours: Monday to Friday; 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM (MNL)
