OFFICE CLERK / HR ASSISTANT 
 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Records regularly employee information, such as exemptions, transfers, and resignations in order to maintain and update payroll records.
Completes statistical reports, statements, and summaries related to pay and benefits accounts, and submit them to appropriate departments.
Ensures tracking of Exit Clearances to different departments and computes & disburse of loan deductions, business expenses & final pay.
Process the BPI Account Application, Government Employee Benefits Loan Transaction & Claims.
Assists and supports the HROD in the planning & implementation of employee relations activities for corporation office & company programs
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Preferably a graduate of Office Administration Major in HR, BS- Psychology, or HRDM
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
With or without work experience
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
Can work under pressure, attention to detail & can meet tight deadlines
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Willing to be assigned in Cebu City
Can start immediately
