JOB REQUIREMENT:
• Candidates must be graduate of any four-year course.
• Candidates must be customer oriented and has effective communication skills.
• Willing to work schedule of Monday to Friday (8:00AM-5:00pm)
• Willing to work Office base on site.
• Is able to multi - task and has good organization skills.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
JOB FUNCTION/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILIES:
• Process new application, changes, reinstatement and cancellation of insurance policies
• Reviewing insurance applications to ensure all details are correct
• Updating data on insurance policy changes
• Attend to all clients and agent's inquiries regarding insurance policy
• Maintaining and organizing files of policy holders
• Examine, process, calculate and pay client's insurance claims
• Ensuring proper fillings, documentation and reports of insurance claims
• Complying with company's procedures and policies in processing claims
• Assists claimants, inspectors and third party dealers with their queries regarding claims or policies
