Position Overview:
 
BIS is currently seeking an Office-based Online ESL Teacher to join our Cebu office under the Philippines English Study Tour Association (PESTA) branch. In this role, you will deliver engaging and effective English lessons online. You will also assess student proficiency levels, prepare customized lesson plans, and provide detailed progress reports.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Teach English as a Second Language (ESL) through both online and in-person classes
Conduct student level assessments and tailor lessons to individual learning needs
Prepare and submit student reports and performance evaluations
Assist with basic video editing projects for marketing and promotional use
Qualifications:
Strong command of the English language (written and spoken)
Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Education, or a related field
Good computer literacy and familiarity with online teaching tools

Compensation and Benefits:
