Key Responsibilities:
-Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
-Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
-Manage and organize office files, documents, and records.
-Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings.
-Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
-Order and maintain office supplies and inventory.
-Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
-Data entry and record-keeping tasks.
-Collaborate with team members to ensure office cleanliness and organization.
-Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.
-Prior experience in an office or administrative role is preferred.
-Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
-Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
-Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
-Reliable and punctual.
