We are looking for an office assistant, who will provide various administrative, clerical, marketing and accounting services. In this role, you will perform data entry, bookkeeping, payroll, social media management, recording incoming and outgoing transactions, and office support activities.
Essential Job Functions:
Performs payroll, benefits, and tax computations accurately and in a timely manner
Records day-to-day incoming and outgoing transactions
Seeks approval from management for expenses and payments when needed
Enters financial, sales, and, employee information data
Prepares financial, sales, and employee information reports
Liaise and consults with staff, suppliers and clients as requested
Respond to chats and comments on each of the employer's accounts.
Updating social media accounts and monitoring employer's brands
Plan and prepare social media contents for posting
Create marketing and promotional materials
Provides administrative/clerical assistant duties as dictated by the employer
Minimum Qualifications
At least 1 year of relevant experience as an office/personal assistant, or similar
Prior experience in either bookkeeping, accounting, payroll, marketing, or all of the above
Willing to be assigned and report to our store in Pasig City
High attention-to-detail and analytical skills
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Able to maintain strict confidentiality
Starting Salary: Php 14,000 per month
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (10am to 6pm), Saturday (12pm to 5pm), Sunday (Rest Day)
Work Location: Barangay San Miguel, Pasig City
