Assist the HR and Admin Department in clerical tasks such as encoding, sending emails, answering phone calls, organizing files, etc.
Ensure that the office-related concerns will be coordinated and resolved timely with provider
Perform other duties when needed
Preferably a Bachelor's/College Degree holder in either Office Administration, Business Administration, or any related courses, but not required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well under limited supervision
