As an Office Aide, you're expected to fulfill the following:
Receives and logs communication documents.
Answers telephone, direct calls, takes note of messages
Distributes communications, memos and other documents.
Actively participates and ensures quality improvement of the hospital.
Performs simple clerical tasks and messenger work.
Organizes and make all necessary arrangements.
Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Analytical Skills
Able to perform highly-skilled clerical works
Experience in this particular field
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice Administration and Coordination Government Administration 2 openings Bachelor's degree graduate
