Alstom Philippines is expanding pool of multi-talented individuals. We are looking for experienced and versatile OCS Installation Supervisor.
Office Location: Lot 1, President Carlos P. Garcia Ave. (C5 Extension) San Dionisio, Sucat, Parañaque City, Philippines
What are my responsibilities?
Pre-installation phase:
Preparation, submission and securing work permit from the granting authority
Conduct toolbox talk, verification of tools and equipment as per EHS policy
Ensure that approved drawings and method statements are used for installation
Mobilization of tools, plant and equipment for installation
Adapt AZDP (HSE) rules and regulations
Ensure that all site workers and sub-contractors are inducted as per ALSTOM HSE Policy
Installation Phase:
Coordinate Subcontractors installation activities and ensure that the assigned activities are completed within the time frame
Ensure quality during installation are within the prescribed OCS defined tolerances in coordination with QA-QC team
Review and Maintain Site Diaries and Daily Progress Report
Maintain and complete Subcontractors reconciliation
Understand, adapt and implement ALSTOM AZDP Rules
Understand and follow Alstom Site Quality procedure especially NCR procedure
Implement and follow Snag list with subcontractors
Post Installation Phase:
Adjustment and final setting of OCS within the specified OCS tolerances
Record and submit post quality inspection check lists in coordination with QA-QC team
Follow Snag list until closure of all items
What do I need to qualify for this job?
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any Engineering courses.
2 to 5 years of related experience in Metro / Mainline Railway projects
Awareness of Overhead Catenary System and Construction methodologies
Good knowledge in MS Office
Strong technical skills
Proficient in verbal and written communications
Willing to work in Night and Day Shifts
