OFRIMPORT OPERATIONS SPECIALIST Business Division: DHL Global Forwarding, Freight (DGFF) Reports to: OFR Import Operations Supervisor As anOFR Import Operations Specialist,you will process all documentation requirements by consignee and/or brok OFR IMPORT OPERATIONS SPECIALIST Business Division: DHL Global Forwarding, Freight (DGFF) Reports to: OFR Import Operations Supervisor As an OFR Import Operations Specialist ,you will process all documentation requirements by consignee and/or brokers for custom clearance, ensure documentation accuracy and timeliness, manage customer communication and prepare and create billing invoices. IN THIS JOB, YOU WILL Perform booking and booking optimization according to internal guidelines defined by Product. Perform delivery arrangement for DAP shipments. Handle customer communication, ensure customer requirements are met and take corrective actions in case of deviations from customer requirements. Prepare and create billing invoice for the customer. Ensure collection of payment for COD transactions prior any release of final documents. Handle and address operational accounting concern but not limited to unbilled and revenue leakages. Interact with Customers, Product, other internal business unit local and or overseas and Global Service Center. Handover required documents for import clearance. Perform booking and shipment recoveries according to internal guidelines defined by Product. Prepare, control and distribute all required import documents to counterparts (Carrier, Consignee, Broker, etc.) complying with regulations and internal guidelines. Check responses or concerns from customers, brokers and counterparts, finalizes validation of required documents. Follow up and monitor shipment status using internal and external tools, identifies exceptions and ensures resolutions. Maintain good relationship with vendors. Create and complete billing for shipments handled following the internal guidelines on cost and revenue accrual and recognition. Coordinate with customer for any incidental charges following the internal guidelines and or customer SOP. Utilize CW1 and other internal tools to manage shipment requirements according to processes and guidelines. Interact with Customers, Product, other internal business unit local and or overseas and Global Service Center YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS Extensive knowledge of OFR Import / Export Operations Good administration and communication skills.
