Create programs and deliver services related to occupational health
Collaborates with multidisciplinary team to foster the provision of effective health
Assess workplace in an effort to identify possible hazard and propose programs to address them.
Monitor, record, common illnesses and diseases in the workplace and initiate programs and activities to address / prevent them.
Attends daily toolbox talk.
Conducts Information, Education, and Communication drive related to health and wellness.
Monitor monthly manhour. Prepare and submit manpower reports.
Ensure compliance to DOLE on occupational health and wellness related concerns, Municipal Health Office requirements on Health Certificates, and other mandates from government regulating bodies.
Assist employees on their Philhealth (PHIC) requirements for registration and claims. Issue and process PMRF Forms, ER2 Form, CSF Form, and MDF.
Assist employees in their claims for their SSS sickness and maternity benefits by issuing, receiving and processing Notification and Reimbursement Forms.
Design and implement programs aligned with the Family Welfare Program.
Conducts emergency response and first aid whenever necessary.
Assist employee on health and wellness concerns such as but not limited to answering queries within professional capacity, endorse employees to physicians whenever necessary, monitor blood pressure and sugar level and identify employees who needs constant monitoring.
Communicate with stakeholders such as but not limited to hospitals and clinics to avail discounts on rates for employees.
