Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and is a Licensed Professional Nurse.
Must have at least one year of experience working in a manufacturing/construction company as a health care practitioner or company nurse.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Promote occupational health and safety within an organization and develop safer and healthier ways of working.
Coordinate with 5S Team including Auditors in inspecting workplaces and workplace equipment, to ensure they meet safety regulations and to identify hazards and risks.
Provides first-aid treatments and medications for employees as needed.
Records patients' medical information and vital signs.
Consults and coordinates with the immediate head to assess, plan, implement programs designed to improve the overall health of employees.
Conducts regular inventory of medicines and medical supplies.
Prepares purchase or requisition of medicines as necessary to ensure availability of all medical supplies. Creates health and safety awareness among employees.
Maintains all employee's medical and other similar records.
Refers/ transports ill employees to the company physician or affiliated hospital as necessary.
Schedules and implements special/periodical/annual physical examination (APE) of employees.
Assess employee's examination results and refer to company physician for management; monitor recommendations and follow through until illness is cleared.
Assess and determine the health status of the employee which includes recommendations like sent home or back to work based on the findings of the company physician.
Engage in research activities related to health and safety.
Support in recruitment processing and other hr related activities.
Performs general affairs tasks and activities such as coordination and processing of documents.
Coordinate with HR Staff (Benefits & Compensation) regarding sickness & other medical-related benefits.
Perform other duties in relation to the primary function as assigned.
