Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Nursing or equivalent.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in an industrial field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.

Primary Responsibilities:
Collaborates with the Occupational Safety Officer in providing preventive measures in ensuring the health and safety of all the employees.
Coordinates with management in ensuring that compliance to the standards of health and safety protocols are met to safeguard the health and wellness of all employees.
Works towards maximizing employees' productivity in the workplace so that injuries & absenteeism are reduced in proving preventive health and safety measures.
Contributes and creates a healthier and safer work environment that will benefit everyone.
Develops and implements disease prevention programs such as proper hand washing, smoking cessation, daily exercise and the like
Studies and gathers data on hazardous work conditions and prepares recommendations
Counsels employees needing physical and mental issues and guide them to available community resources or employee's assistance program;
Treats injuries and illnesses of employees and facilitate including follow up check ups and referrals.
Documents employees illnesses and injuries prepares regulatory and compliance submission.
Observes and assesses the work environment for potential dangers and hazards
