JOB DESCRIPTION
An occupational health nurse assists the occupational physician, provides diverse healthcare services (including first aid) to employees, and advises management and employees on occupational health issues, in the workplace.
Occupational Health Nurse is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patients with work-related injuries/illnesses.
Manage day to day operations related to safety and health concerns among patients
Appraise the work environment and the risks of exposure, identifying possible risk sources and recommending safeguards in the workplace.
Promote a healthy and productive environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
*Must be a Registered Nurse
* Newly board passers are encouraged to apply
* With or without experience are welcome to apply.
* Can start AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
* Willingness to work shifting schedules and to fill in when needed
* Ability to explain treatments and conditions
*BOSH required
* Preferably with BLS, ACLS,First Aid Training
