Provides metrics around current and future space needs. Participates in conceptualizing and the development of migration plans. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Space data management including the development and management of data entry and collection process, key monthly and quarterly occupancy performance reporting. Provide support for updates in the system, adds, moves and changes, restack and efficiency scenario planning, and general data reliability. Collaborate with other team members to gain business intelligence. Responsible for occupancy data within the system of record. May be required to manage space walks for validation and update of occupancy metrics. Manage allocations, maintain data accuracy, and perform quarterly data and drawing audits Prepare plans, schematic floor plan, stack and block, test-fit plans. May be required to attend project meetings Develops and execute phasing plans for relocation and sequencing based on the physical space requirements. Generate conceptual solutions that respond to client's spatial requirements, physical planning constraints and IT, HR and compliance requirements. Prepare the space allocation data for corporate real estate's annual plan by business unit Maintain monthly space allocation data and uploading into system Use creative and analytical thinking to aggregate data from multiple sources and generate solutions for occupancy problems, providing analysis for client decision making Report on building data, organizational data, and occupancy metrics at the campus, metro, or regional level using MS Excel and or MS PowerPoint Ability to organize manage and track multiple changing priorities in a fast paced work environment Education/Previous Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Management, Architecture, Design, Real Estate, Construction or any closely related field. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite applications including: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc. A minimum of 5-10 years' work experience in occupancy or space planning for corporate clients in a corporate real estate setting as a vendor or end user. Proficient with the following software: CenterStone, Manhattan (or other CAFM tools) AutoCAD InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop Report writer software Experience generating presentation decks Excellent administrative and organizational skills. Effective Communication skills and able to work within a diverse corporate environment. Hybrid work arrangement
