ABOUT THE CLIENT:
Our client is a New Zealand based company, has businesses throughout Canterbury.
At present we are looking for an Accountant / Bookkeeper who enjoys the administrative overhead of tracking cash flow.
YOUR MAIN ASSIGNMENT RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Processing Financial Information
EOY Reporting
Managing Financial Spreadsheets
Management Reporting & analysis
Statutory Compliance
End-to-End Accounts Payable Including Creating Bills In Xero
End-to-End Accounts Receivable Including Drafting & Sending Invoices / Credit Notes In Xero
Bank Reconciliations In Xero
Support Cash flow Forecasting Process
Assist In Month-End Financial Reports
To be successful in this position you must be an extremely experienced Accountant/ Bookkeeper in New Zealand accounting who has dealt with principals of companies in your previous roles and know how to handle the complexity of the workload.
