Job Description
Business Context and Main Purpose of the Job:
The Collaborative Manufacturing Executive has overall responsibility for:
Operational excellence in CMs in the areas of Safety, Quality, Performance (OEE, OR), Financials (Savings, Cost) and Planning - aligned with Unilever Standards
Leading and landing product innovations and renovations across all collaborative manufacturing sites in the Philippines
Works with CMs to continuously improve the processes and systems and have all Master Data Maintenance updated in SAP.
Works with the CM Management to ensure materials inventory are 100% accurate and posted real time. -
Works with the CM Management on landing improvement projects and cost reduction initiatives to ensure competitiveness of the business
You need to have:
Fundamental supply chain knowledge and experience, focusing on manufacturing technology and 3rd Party Management.
Understanding of innovations and materials inventory.
SAP knowledge is a MUST to be able to maintain Master Data Maintenance in SAP
Logic and structured thinking, analytical skills, and detail- oriented.
Has experience working with third party manufacturing and collaborating with teams.
Strategic influencing and procurement skills
Engineering / Technical Background is a plus (+) - Preferably, Mechanical, Chemical or Industrial Engineering
Can speak and engage in English and local language.
Has coaching and mentoring skills.
