Job Description
Facilitates and carries out resident centric activities organised by senior staff to improve quality of care.
Attends staff meetings whenever possible and actively participates in communication process.
Ensures appropriate use of equipment and resources.
Guides Healthcare Assistant to ensure efficient allocation of work and optimal performance.
Serves as a "buddy" towards new Nursing Aide by providing them with mentorship and relevant on- boarding information.
Undertakes any other responsibilities as directed by the Supervisor/Management of the Company.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Nursing or similar fields.
