Regular Responsibilities
Provide healthcare services to students and employees
Promote awareness to students and employees regarding the importance of disease prevention and mental health awareness
Prevent the spread of communicable diseases
Attend to minor ailments of students and employees.
Refer medical emergencies of students and employees to medical facilities
Monitor the general health and well-being of the students and employees
Safekeep student and employee health records
Oversee partnership with hospitals and clinics to assist the school in medical emergencies with major ailments and as required by CHED
Identify Health Hazards (HO) and other safety protocols
Manage employees' health and wellness activities.
Work-from-Home Responsibilities
Provide administrative and clerical support to the Finance and Registrar Team
Contact students that are unable to enroll in the past terms
Create and encode a monitoring sheet that aims to identify common reasons as to why students are unable to enrollment in present and succeeding terms
Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time-to-time
Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Must have a PRC License (Registered Nurse)
At least 2-3 years of experience in school, organizational or community nursing
Extensive understanding and knowledge of disease prevention and health promotion
Experience in policy creation, design and implementation is an advantage for this role
Experience in administrative and clerical tasks are a must for this role
Ability to learn and utilize cloud software
Pleasant personality that can earn the trust and confidence of students and employees regarding their health conditions
Excellent command of the English Language (both written and verbal)
Strong networking and people management skills
Ability to work around new tools and processes is an advantage
