JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Nursing or equivalent.
Preferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.
With experience in Operating Room is an advantage but not required
Good communications skills
Willing to be assigned in BGC/Makati branch
Fresh graduates with good academic standing are welcome to apply
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepares the surgery room, including sterilization and preparation of equipment, instruments and medications before the procedure. Ensures surgical field remains sterile all throughout the procedure. Adheres to safety standards and precautions.
Maintains complete, accurate, concise, and updated documentation of patient care. Observes procedures and policies pertaining to any aspect of clinical charting and reporting.
Encodes patients information in the Clinical Information & Management System
Draft the medical abstract of the patient upon his/her request and ensure that it is checked and signed by the attending physician before issuance to the requesting patient
Perform basic knowledge in usage and minor trouble shooting with the machines on LASIK and Cataract surgeries.
