Under the supervision of the Center Manager and Acting Head Therapist, the Nurse/Therapist shall be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction through prompt delivery of quality service and proper execution of treatments rendered based on the procedures and guidelines set by the company. Duties and Responsibilities: Treatment Administration 1. Performs standard treatment procedures of MF and FCC treatments to clients. 2. Ensures that all applicable treatments to clients are properly coordinated with the Skin Consultants, Slimming Counselors, Medical Doctors and Dermatologists. 3. Ensures that treatments rendered are based on standard treatment protocol (combination of treatments) 4. Regularly takes client's blood pressure before each treatment, if needed. 5. Regularly checks client's skin and health condition during treatments. 6. Ensures that the products to be used are suitable to the client's skin 7. Ensures that the treatment is not contraindicated to the client. 8. Prepares and ensures orderliness and tidiness of treatment rooms and machines before and after treatment. 9. Prepares clinic products/supplies and/or machine/s that will be needed before the treatment. 10. Injects steroid into nodulo-cystic pimples 11. Refers to the Skin Consultant or Slimming Counselor and Medical Doctor or Dermatologist for any adverse reaction incurred from the treatment. 12. Assists the Medical Doctors and Dermatologists in treatments, when needed. 13. Refers to the Skin Consultant or Slimming Counselor and Medical Doctor or Dermatologist for any adverse reaction incurred from the treatment 14. Take and record the client's weight and measurements in the system every visit. 15. Updates Daily Treatment Record. Customer Relationship Management 1. Ensures prompt and satisfactory delivery of treatments to clients. 2. Attends to client's needs. Provides answers to client's requests and concerns immediately and refers the matter to the concerned Slimming Counselor or Skin Consultant. 3. Recommends specific treatments needed by the clients and thoroughly explains the importance/ benefits of the said treatment. 4. Reminds clients of the Post Treatment Care after every treatment. Reportorial Requirements 1. Ensures that clients fill up the Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSAT) after each service. Prepares the summary of treatments done on a daily basis. 2. Asks the client to affix their signatures on the official treatment slip in order to validate that treatment has been rendered. 3. Ensures that treatments rendered are encoded correctly in the Setsweb Treatment Slip. 4. Ensures that all treatment slips are verified in the system. Others 1. Acts as a reliever for MF and FCC Centers as necessary. 2. Maintains cleanliness of the machines and advises the Acting Head Therapist or machine custodian of any problem encountered with the products or machines. 3. Monitors usage of products and machine consumables 4. Acts as a key custodian and oversees the Housekeeping in closing the centers whenever necessary. 5. Recommends necessary and productive changes or improvements to Immediate Superior. 6. Performs other functions, which may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time. Authority 1. Administers treatments according to the company's set standards.
