Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Records the vital signs (Height, Weight, Body Mass Index, Blood Pressure, Pulse Rate, Respiratory Rate and Temperature if needed)
2. Reports the abnormal vital signs and ECG and findings to the Medical Examiner on Duty.
3. Reports if the patient collapses during the procedure or noted with significant ST segment change with hemodynamic changes and arrhythmia to Cardiologist on Duty.
4. Performs ECG and processing of the results.
5. Submits and retrieves the ECG tracings to the accredited cardiologist for interpretation.
6. Administers the vaccines after the evaluation and approval of the medical examiner on duty..
7. Safekeeping, inventory, cost cutting and maintenance of all LDCC equipment, materials, supplies, provided to the position.
8. Strict implementation of LDCC 5s system of housekeeping standards.
9. Observes the established LDCC protocols on customer, colleague and superior interaction.
10. Adheres to the LDCC Quality Policy, Objectives, Mission, and Vision.
11. Compliance and adherence to the LDCC's Company Manual, Quality Manual, Quality Procedures and Work Instructions.
12. Prepares the supplies needed to conduct vital signs, ECG, PAP smear for mobile projects
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor of Science in Nursing
2. Valid PRC License
3. ECG Training Certificate (Not a must)
