Provides assistance on emergency care of first aid to employees
Provide basic healthcare services to employees (wound dressing, vital signs, medicine
administration, etc) to ensure healthy and safe working environment and in compliance
with all regulatory and occupational health and safety DOLE requirements
Coordinate medical personnel's during emergencies
Cater medical concerns and assess employee's fit to work
Develops, organizes, and implements health and safety programs, and employee
programs and events.
Document all employee injury and illness
Prepare and submit WAIR (Work Accident Illness Report) Monthly Dole Report
Maintains employee records and company documentations updated and confidential.
Monitors and maintains company medicines, clinic supplies and first aid kit for each
company vehicle
Assist in processing transactions related to government benefits (SSS, Philhealth and
Pag-ibig)
To carry out any other duties as may be assigned to you from time to time by the
superior.
Graduate of BS Nursing
Must be a registered Nurse with updated PRC License
Willing to travel anytime
With at least one (1) year experience in hospital or industrial setting
With at least 6 months experience in handling HR Compensation and Benefits
functions
Knowledgeable in basic Philippine Labor Laws
Can effectively deal with all levels of people in a construction environment
Must be honest, result oriented, team player and with good learning attitude
Excellent in decision making and analytical skills
Good problem-solving and time management skills
