TASKS:
1. Primary Job Description is vital signs taking (Height, Weight, Body Mass Index, Blood Pressure, Pulse Rate, Respiratory Rate and Temperature if needed)
2. Reports the abnormal vital signs and ECG, treadmill and Spirometry findings to the Medical Examiner on Duty.
3. Performs ECG, treadmill, spirometry and processing of the results.
4. Submits and retrieves the ECG tracings and treadmill reports to the accredited cardiologist for interpretation.
5. Submits and retrieves the Spirometry reports to the accredited Pulmonologist for interpretation.
6. Administers the vaccines after the evaluation and approval of the medical examiner on duty..
7. Recording, Processing, and Encoding of results, Releasing, Filing, and Archiving of the test or procedure results.
8. Safekeeping, inventory, cost cutting and maintenance of all LDCC equipment, materials, supplies, provided to the position.
9. Strict implementation of the company's 5s system of housekeeping standards.
10. Observes the established company protocols on customer, colleague and superior interaction.
11. Adheres to the the company's Quality Policy, Objectives, Mission, and Vision.
12. Compliance and adherence to the the company's Company Manual, Quality Manual, Quality Procedures and Work Instructions.
13. Prepares the supplies needed to conduct vital signs, ECG, PAP smear for mobile projects
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor of Science in Nursing
2. Valid PRC License
3. ECG Training Certificate (preferred but not required)
