Position Description:
Position Title: Company Nurse/ Employee Relations
Classification: Associate
Salary Grade: 15000 - 18000 Peso / month
Reports To: Assistant Supervisor for Employee Relations, People Management Manager
Primary Relationships: Clark Outsourcing Internal Team
Date(s): January 2020
Background:
As a Company Nurse/ Employee Relations you will mostly be responsible in strengthening the Management and Client employee relationship through identifying and resolving workplace issues, ensuring employee satisfaction, providing support and input to the company's performance management system. You will also be responsible for the Health Status of all employees by being the company nurse representative in the Occupational Safety and Health program of the Department of Labor and employment.
Main Roles:
Strengthen the Management and Client employee relationship through identifying and resolving workplace issues.
Ensure employee satisfaction and morale.
Providing support and input to the company's performance management system.
Responsible for Health Status of all employees.
Schedule:
Must feel comfortable work US hours (graveyard shift)
This is an office based position in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga.
Responsibilities:
Onboarding:
Employee Relations is responsible to contact and confirm the attendance of the incoming employee on their first day.
ER, together with the Accounts Manager, is responsible for welcoming and endorsing new hired employees to their team.
During the new hired employee's first 30 Days, ER needs to make sure that the employee's concerns are being managed and assisted very well.
Facilitating the 30-Day New Employee Survey and updating of Trello.
Facilitating the 30-Day New Employee The Compendium and updating of Trello.
During the whole stay of the employees, ER is responsible for coaching and guiding them through touch base and even counselling if needed.
Employee Engagement and Retention:
ER is responsible for creating a friendly environment to all employees in order to build a harmonious relationship with them and to promote openness.
Through simple touch bases, counselling, and CO League, ER are able to make them happy and engaged and make friends with other teams/accounts.
Corrective and Disciplinary Action:
ER is responsible for handling Incident Reports raised on Trello, issuance of NTE, administering admin hearing, and serving NODs.
ER is responsible in updating process based on the labor updates
Attendance:
ER is responsible for monitoring employees' daily attendance.
Making follow-ups on supporting documents and attendance updates.
RTWO & NOD when needed.
WYS requests and escalations
Evaluations:
ER is responsible for issuing Self-Evaluation Templates to employees at least 1-month prior due date.
ER is responsible also in making follow-ups regarding eval and sending the accomplished Self-Eval and Manager's Eval to the AM and update Trello once the Client feedback is available.
ER is incharge of delivery of addenda
Offboarding:
ER is responsible for offboarding employees whether through resignation or terminations.
Explaining and coordinating the exit clearance process to employees as well as assisting them when releasing final pay and issuance of documents and other requests.
Responsible for Clearance of Eligibility to get re-hired.
Other Tasks:
Employee requests and concerns
Daily AM-HR updates
Approving WYS requests
Weekly Attendance Report
Sending of Attendance Summary Report every payroll
PM Weekly Report
Announcements/Memos
Quarterly Assisting company doctor for employee health consultation.
Develop and implement health and safety programs.
Administer over-the-counter medication to employees.
Requirements:
Registered Nurse
Excellent English language skills (written and verbal)
Proactive and willing to be trained
Good time management and task management skills
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
Proficient computer and technical skills
Able to demonstrate initiative
Attention to detail
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
