Job description
The Staff Nurse Assistant is an assistant to the nurse who performs beside care. HeShe works in a "Buddy system" paired or teamed up with a Registered Nurse, to perform simple and basic nursing functions. He/She collaborates with the Registered Nurses, Physician, Nurse Assistant and other allied healthcare professionals. The Registered Nurse shall always determine his/her work.
JOB REQUIREMENT
A Bachelor of Science in Nursing Graduate
Good physical health and willing to learn and be trained
Must be patient centric and can communicate well
Must be detail oriented
Have at least One (1) year experience in Nursing Assistant
