Description
Position Purpose: This role could identify and help drive best practice across different programs, identify non agent opportunities for Client elevation, and identify and work with other groups within Afni (ie. L&D) to improve coaching to NPS and running RSG's to improve NPS.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall service quality of NPS and ensures all branches resolve the customer issues and responsible to coordinate with Ops Director, Client Services, Quality and Training action owners for improving NPS score.
Collaborate with Operations, Training and Quality in devising action plans to address agent level opportunities impacting NPS.
Prepare NPS performance report by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data.

Requirements
Minimum Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills):
At least 5 year(s) of related working experience
Experience working in Customer Service, Collections, Order Management, Tech & Billing in both Chat and Voice Channels
Strong command of the English language both spoken and written
Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office and related applications
Possess strong problem-solving skills, leadership, professional maturity, communication skills and ability to work independently
