Graduate of Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering or any equivalent Engineering Degree.
With at least 2 - 3 years experience in manufacturing/production environment
Ability to build relationship from floor level to management and foreign support
Communicate requirements and facilitate instructions based on product demands
Equip with technical knowledge
Experience in handling NPI set-up
NPI work order and schedule preparation
Material full kit status tracking and pull-in
System maintenance (Notes, ERP, Agile)
Production resource coordination
Work order phase in/out plan according to ECR
Opening meeting for product launch
NPI reports and issue tracking
Other task may assign by superior
Can work under pressure with minimum supervision
