We're looking for a Professional Services Coordinator to help orchestrate delivery within our Professional Services team.
 
You'll play a key role in ensuring that projects run smoothly, timelines are met, and client expectations are aligned with delivery capacity. This role involves coordinating with customers and internal stakeholders, streamlining ticket management, and driving operational discipline-allowing consultants and managers to focus on high-value outcomes.
 
If you have a background in technology or IT services, especially in customization, integrations, or SaaS delivery, and you enjoy combining technical know-how with strong customer engagement - this is the role for you!
 
Key Responsibilities
Workflow & Scheduling: Manage task schedules, coordinate deadlines, and monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery.
 
Ticket Management: Create, assign, and track tickets using internal tools, ensuring accuracy, prioritization, and closure.
 
Customer Coordination: Support consultants in client communications-follow up on requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
 
Operational Reporting: Prepare reports on project status, SLA compliance, and ticket trends for management review.
 
Quality & Documentation: Maintain clear, accurate documentation of requirements, processes, and updates.
 
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Customer Success, Product, BI/Data, and Development teams to resolve client concerns.
 
Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in scheduling or ticket flows and recommend process enhancements.
Knowledge Building: Stay updated on product features, workflow tools, and industry best practices to improve team support.
Qualifications & Experience
Strong organizational and coordination skills with an operational excellence mindset.
Hands-on experience using ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, or equivalent).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (especially reporting and analysis features).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to simplify complex issues.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills-comfortable interacting with clients and internal teams.
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced SaaS or IT services environment.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with reporting/analytics tools (e.g., SQL, SSRS, Power BI, Tableau).
Exposure to Agile, ITSM, or SaaS implementation methodologies.
Ability to connect operational activities to business outcomes and client success.
