Responsibilities:
Answer customer inquiries
Resolve issues received from customers via email and phone
Be passionate about delivering excellent end-to-end customer experience

Desired skills & knowledge:
Clear speaking voice
Good English communication skills
Must have at least 6 months of continuous experience in a BPO company
Sound technical knowledge
Competitive and results-driven

Basic knowledge in computer applications
Good listener
Energetic, fun and confident personality
Willing to work full-time
Willing to work on-site

1 Year or less Experience
