This agents will help the customers schedule their appointments
Job responsibilities:
Scheduling and answering patient calls
Billing
Inventory
Checking in and out of patients
Preparing instrumentation and patient prior to procedure
Chairside assisting
Monitoring and ensuring proper care of instruments and equipment
Registered Dental assistant
Requirements:
High School graduate; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is a plus but not necessary
Knowledgeable in computer applications (Word, Excel)
Willing to be trained, pleasing personality and courteous
Requirements
Minimum education level: Vocational

Language(s): English
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Customer service
