Duties/Responsibilities:
Responsible for handling large amounts of customer calls. The main responsibility is to provide all the necessary answers and assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS
With at least one 3- 6 month of CCE
Average to Good Communication Skills
If HS Grads (old curriculum) at least 6 months international call Center experience
