What you'll be needing to have as a Temp WFH Chat CSR:
• Completed at least senior HS or 2 years of college
• Computer savvy with MS Windows expertise
• Exceptional English communication skills - verbal and written
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
• Six months or more of customer service experience
Technology and work environment requirements for the job:
• Have the right connection - you will need a home internet connection that is >15Mbps (you may do a quick check through SpeedTest.net)
• Computer - we'll supply and deliver at your doorstep
• Must be able to hard-wire (via ethernet cord) directly into your home modem
• Must have a quiet workspace that is within a reasonable proximity of your router so that you can plug in while working.
What your typical day will consist of:
• Consult with customers on products and services to provide the best solutions for their need via a variety of communication channels that could include email, chat, or social channels
• Open and maintain customer accounts and information
• Respond to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening and select the best solution in an efficient manner
• Resolve customer technical issues with patience and understanding
• Identify additional needs customers may have and help them to upgrade products or services
• Positively participate in company events, in team activities, and continuous learning
