Role:
You are responsible for answering inquiries in a timely manner by communicating with the customer through chat. When necessary, simultaneously interact with multiple customers for social media transactions.
You are qualified if you are:
• At least 18 years old and above
• A Filipino citizen/ Naturalized born Citizen / Dual Citizen
• At least a year in college or finished their first year in college
• Must atleast have 6 months of experience in a social media environment (public-facing customer support interaction) OR must atleast have 1 year experience in a customer service non-voice account (chat and/or email)
• Computer Literate
• Excellent Communication skills
• Amenable to work in shifting schedule
• Amenable to work in McKinley West, Taguig City
